Hello Hicks Families!

My name is Shakayla Shaw, and I am thrilled to be your child's SDI teacher. I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and I have only been in Texas for a few years. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2021. I have served roles as a SDI Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, Para, and Long-Term Substitute. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies and eating my favorite sweets. I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year!
