WATCH D.O.G.S. is a one-of-a-kind, school-based father involvement program that works to support education and safety. As a program of the National Center for Fathering, we have more than 5,348 registered schools in 47 states that participate in the WATCH D.O.G.S. program, in addition to participation in China, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Barbados. Who are WatchDOGS? Fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father figures who volunteer to serve at least one day a year in a variety of school activities as assigned by the school principal or other administrator.
In order to serve, you MUST clear the LISD Background Check before you can spend the day at school.
